• Pricing and availability aggregation

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of component data, pricing information, or availability data. You should independently verify critical specifications before making purchasing decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kipo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
